Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media - Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Content Creation & Social Media - Curate, source, and organize engaging images and multimedia for social media and marketing campaigns.
Content Creation & Social Media - Build and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok), keeping brand voice and strategy consistent.
Content Creation & Social Media - Implement content calendars and manage scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, SocialBee, Later).
Content Creation & Social Media - Conduct SEO research to support blog writing and content marketing.
Paid Media & Creative Support - Write ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns, including headlines, primary text, and calls to action.
Paid Media & Creative Support - Draft offer copy and landing page copy tied directly to live ad campaigns.
Paid Media & Creative Support - Work directly with our paid media lead to translate campaign strategy and targeting into ad-ready creative and copy.
Paid Media & Creative Support - Support creative concepting for ad campaigns: angles, hooks, and messaging variations to test.
Customer Insights & Research - Conduct customer interviews to gather testimonials, case studies, and insights that inform content and messaging.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or paid advertising.
Strong writing and copyediting skills, with range across long-form content and short, high-constraint ad copy.
Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, SocialBee, Hootsuite, Later).
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
Exposure to Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a strong plus, not required.

Preferred

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
