Job Summary

Own the brand voice and content engine from craft to commerce, shaping what people see from product shots to captions and blogs.

Brand Voice: Build the Mänresa voice across all channels with authenticity and material honesty.
Content Production: Create end-to-end content from photo/video to copy and graphics, across product, kitchens, and process.
Publish and enable growth: manage the Webflow CMS and publish on site and social platforms while tracking what converts scrolls to purchases.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build the Mänresa voice across every channel - direct and rooted in craft and material honesty
Create content end-to-end: shoot photo/video of product, kitchens, and process; write captions, blog posts, and product copy; design graphics
Publish and manage our soon to be updated Webflow site (CMS updates, blog, product pages) and all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, others as relevant)
Drive B2B sales support: build one-pagers, line sheets, and pitch materials our sales rep can use in corporate gifting conversations
Grow our audience and track what content moves people from scroll to purchase to repeat customer
Think like an owner: you’ll have real input into brand direction, not just execution of someone else’s plan
