Own the short-form video content pipeline for a fashion-forward retail brand, from on-camera personality to trend-driven content and consistent calendar-driven posting.

Content Engine: Create and edit short-form video across Reels and TikTok, with on-brand storytelling and on-camera presence.
Social & Channel Management: Manage the retail content calendar and stay ahead of trends to keep feeds fresh.
Production & Planning: Assist with content planning and model efficiently during photoshoots to support creative output.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments
Manage and execute the retail content calendar, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across platforms
Be an on-camera personality for Jess Lea bringing energy, authenticity, and creativity to every video
Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Edit video content for social platforms
Assist with content planning
Model efficiently during photoshoots
