Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social media content workflow for the firm, from planning and production to publishing and performance analysis, across photo, video, and written formats. Lead calendar management, filming, editing, and distribution while collaborating with the Marketing Director and attorneys to scale campaigns and showcase firm growth and community involvement.

  • Coordinate content calendars, filming, editing, and distribution.
  • Produce educational and culture-focused content from offices, events, and milestones.
  • Track performance and support analytics and reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging photo, video, and written content across the firm's social media platforms.
  • Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Film and edit short-form videos, attorney interviews, educational content, and longer discussions that can be repurposed into social media content.
  • Organize and maintain the firm's photo, video, and marketing content library.
  • Regularly visit McIntyre Elder Law offices to capture photos, video, attorney interviews, and office culture content.
  • Coordinate filming with attorneys and help them consistently create educational and approachable content.
  • Create content highlighting attorneys, new hires, professional milestones, office developments, and firm culture.
  • Document new office openings, renovations, construction projects, and other firm growth initiatives.
  • Capture and create content from seminars, networking events, community activities, client events, attorney milestones, and other firm activities.
  • Help showcase the firm's involvement in the communities it serves.

Requirements

  • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Preferred

  • Ideal Applicant: Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience creating and editing video content.
  • Comfortable filming people and conducting basic on-camera interviews.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Willingness to travel between McIntyre Elder Law offices and attend occasional events outside of normal office hours.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
