Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead content strategy and copy for our website, email, podcast promotion, advertising, social media, and print
Use AI tools to move from idea to strong draft quickly, while keeping a human, on-brand voice
Own the Stone House brand voice and review content from every source for consistency
Build SEO/AEO/GEO keywords into web, blog, and podcast copy
Run the email editorial calendar and move work through review and compliance on schedule
Give creative direction to our graphic designer so every visual supports the message
Coordinate compliance approvals and keep audit-ready records of approved materials

Requirements

5 to 7+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or content strategy
A portfolio of copy that drove a measurable response
Hands-on experience using AI tools in content creation
Working knowledge of SEO
Experience running an editorial calendar and review process (Asana a plus)

Preferred

Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
Experience writing for pre-retirees and retirees
Experience promoting a podcast or video channel
