Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content * Create and post short-form content for Instagram (@caluon @idiamondny @pixongold), TikTok, and Threads * Film jewelry and behind-the-scenes content * Help brainstorm and test new content ideas * Keep up with social media trends and identify ideas that could work for our brands * Assist with basic photo and video editing
  • Customer & E-Commerce Support * Respond to customer inquiries through Instagram, Threads, and TikTok * Help customers with basic product questions and purchasing inquiries * Assist with order tracking and basic e-commerce operations * Help keep orders and production timelines organized
  • Jewelry & Production * Learn about fine jewelry, diamonds, and jewelry production * Receive training in laser engraving and related production processes * Assist with simple production tasks as you become comfortable with them

Requirements

  • Strong eye for clean, aesthetic visuals
  • Comfortable creating short-form social media content
  • Creative and interested in trying new ideas
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new tools and skills
  • Able to work independently after receiving direction
  • Fluent in English
  • Professional marketing experience is not required. We care more about creativity, reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Preferred

  • Interest in fine jewelry, fashion, or luxury products
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Korean or Spanish language skills
