Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft Instagram captions aligned with the brand’s tone and perspective
  • Support content planning and overall visual direction
  • Assist in building and executing email campaigns
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all content
  • Support paid marketing efforts across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Assist with SEO research and implementation to support organic growth
  • Help monitor performance across campaigns and report on key insights
  • Create structured shot lists and pull references for shoots
  • Take an active role in shoot preparation, prop sourcing and on-set execution, with attention to styling, composition, and detail
  • Provide on-set support (steaming, organization, general assistance)

Requirements

  • Los Angeles-based (required)
  • In-office role (3–5 days per week)
  • Flexible hours within reason
  • Full- time (30–40 hours per week)
  • Paid position
  • Initial training will be conducted fully in-office.
  • A strong visual sensibility — with an understanding of proportion, composition, and restraint
  • The ability to write clearly and precisely (no excess, no filler)
  • An instinct for editing — knowing what to remove as much as what to include
  • A genuine interest in materials, construction, and thoughtful design
  • A clear instinct for what feels aligned with VIR VITA — and what does not
  • An understanding of the broader social marketing mix — paid, organic, owned, and earned
  • A working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO fundamentals
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to move fluidly between tasks
  • Thoughtful, proactive, and comfortable contributing across both creative and operational needs
