Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape how Vortexa shows up across key regional industry moments and market-facing channels, ensuring our presence feels credible, thoughtful, and locally relevant.
  • Build and nurture a high-quality regional community through ongoing touchpoints, curated gatherings, and relationship-led engagement that positions Vortexa at the heart of the market.
  • Develop partnerships that extend Vortexa's reach, credibility, and access to new audiences and networks.
  • Lead regional delivery of events and experiences, from sponsorships and speaking opportunities to hosted roundtables and executive gatherings, ensuring they are well-curated and genuinely valuable.
  • Work with HQ teams to amplify Vortexa's analyst-led insight and market intelligence across regional channels, events, and partner platforms, helping position Vortexa as a trusted voice in market conversations.
  • Act as the marketing partner to regional Sales and commercial teams, aligning community, partnerships, campaigns, and market engagement with regional GTM priorities. Ensure strong follow-up, shared planning, and clear visibility into how engagement contributes to pipeline momentum, and demonstrate the ROI of community activities, contributing to overall marketing success.

Requirements

  • Experience in community, partnerships, brand, or field marketing in a B2B environment
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys bringing people together
  • Confidence hosting, presenting, and representing a brand externally
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Comfortable working in partnership with commercial, analyst, and campaign teams, and using tools and data to track engagement and impact
