Job Summary

Drive integrated digital marketing campaigns and website optimization to advance nonprofit reach and impact.

  • Own planning and run integrated campaigns across email, social, affiliates, and sponsorships.
  • Use CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) and cross-functional collaboration to align campaigns.
  • Drive data-informed content and site optimization through analytics, tests, and SEO improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, affiliates, and sponsorships.
  • Work closely with affiliates, marketing, sales, and operations to keep campaigns aligned and make sure materials are accurate and easy for people to find.
  • Build and refine digital content plans based on what’s performing well and what the data is telling us.
  • Team up with web, design, and development partners to create and maintain on-brand websites and digital experiences.
  • Improve site structure, content, and digital assets (copy, images, multimedia) so they perform well in search and are easy to use.
  • Set up and manage analytics tools to track traffic, engagement, and conversions, and share what you’re seeing with the team.
  • Use keyword research and market/competitor insights to better understand what people are searching for and how to meet that intent.
  • Run A/B or multivariate tests and use the results to keep improving pages and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, web technologies, and key regulations, and bring ideas back to the team.
  • Explore new tools, channels, and technologies and suggest where they can help our online and search marketing efforts.
