Develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, case studies, capability statements, presentations, and proposals. Ensure consistent application of the H&MV brand across all marketing and communications activity. Plan and support H&MV Engineering’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events across the U.S. Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activity to maximize return on investment. Represent the brand professionally at industry events as required. Support the delivery of regional communications activity aligned with H&MV Engineering’s global communications strategy. Localize and implement corporate messaging for the North American market, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance. Develop compelling written content including announcements, thought leadership, project highlights, employee stories, and executive presentations. Support internal communications initiatives that help connect regional teams to business priorities, growth plans, and company values. Work with global communications colleagues to support corporate announcements, key milestones, and reputational activity where required. Ensure all communications uphold H&MV Engineering’s tone of voice, values, and brand guidelines. Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and campaign planning. Track and report on marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and engagement metrics. Use insights and data to continuously improve marketing activity. Work closely with regional leadership, business development, and technical teams to align marketing activity with business priorities. Collaborate with global marketing and communications colleagues to ensure consistency and knowledge-sharing and manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as required.
