Job Description

Responsibilities

Write and edit website content, campaigns, property descriptions, announcements, blogs, reports, and internal communications
Manage marketing timelines, deadlines, priorities, and follow-up
Coordinate marketing onboarding for new properties
Track missing information, project ownership, and next steps
Support SEO, AI-assisted content, public relations, and company communications
Maintain accurate, consistent, brand-aligned messaging

Requirements

3+ years of professional marketing, communications, PR, copywriting, or content experience. Strong professional writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills (A writing sample may be requested during the interview process.)
Project management or project coordination experience
Experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Experience with project management, workflow, or task-management software
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
