Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through email and provide appropriate solutions
• Ship samples and product replacements
• Manage, create and monitor review campaigns
• Respond to ecommerce questions and reviews
• Prepare and present reports over email and during marketing meetings
• Collaborate with the marketing and graphics team on brand development, trend research, licensing and additional creative projects
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
• Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
