• Promote our rental portfolio across various media platforms
• Maintain an open line of communication with prospective and long-term tenants
• Assist in the leasing process
• Support in other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills
• Strong understanding of professional communication
• Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Ability to make independent decisions and determine the best way to handle tasks
• Effective communication and collaboration with management, ownership, and tenants
• Ability to adapt to an environment that shifts focus without notice
• Proactive, self-motivated, and anticipatory of next steps
• Flexibility and willingness to help out where needed
