Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging social media content across multiple brands, locations, and platforms.
  • Develop written and visual content that highlights our people, programs, services, events, accomplishments, and communities.
  • Create and coordinate print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, posters, signage, recruitment materials, and event collateral.
  • Write, edit, and proofread social media copy, marketing materials, emails, website content, internal communications, advertisements, and other communications.
  • Assist with photography and videography for social media, recruitment campaigns, events, employee recognition, facility initiatives, and other marketing needs.
  • Edit photos and short-form video content for use across social media, websites, digital advertising, presentations, and other channels.
  • Work within established brand standards to maintain consistency in voice, messaging, design, and presentation across all materials.
  • Coordinate promotional item and branded merchandise orders.
  • Coordinate with printers, promotional vendors, and other external partners as needed.
  • Assist with digital content updates and help ensure information remains accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

  • Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, extended sitting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to distinguish smells and temperatures, all with or without the aid of mechanical devices is required.
  • Limited potential for exposure to environmental hazards. Understanding and adherence to company safety standards and protocols required.
  • Meet all health requirements as needed.
  • Dialogue concerning ADA reasonable accommodations are always available upon request – i.e. the interactive process.
  • Ability to travel to skilled nursing facilities, organizational events, and other locations as needed to support content creation and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to occasionally transport or handle marketing materials, promotional items, event supplies, photography equipment, or similar materials.
  • - Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • - Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation and engaging content.
  • - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work.
  • - Ability to communicate ideas clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences, brands, and platforms.

Preferred

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, graphic design, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant professional experience, demonstrated skills, and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, graphic design, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Experience developing print or digital marketing materials is preferred.
  • Healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, multi-location, or agency experience is a plus but not required.
  • Candidates are encouraged to provide a portfolio or examples of relevant work, which may include social media content, writing samples, graphic design, photography, video, campaigns, or other creative projects.
