Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies and initiatives that drive lead generation to support business growth and sales objectives.
  • Strengthen and evolve the Narda-MITEQ brand across digital channels and industry events.
  • Create and manage marketing content including company newsletters, new product announcements, digital advertising, presentations, website and social media content.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's participation in industry trade shows and conferences, including booth strategy, logistics, materials, etc.
  • Manage pre- and post-show activities, including promotional efforts and lead capture, and coordination of lead follow-up.
  • Create internal tools and materials that help sales teams communicate product value clearly and consistently.
  • Partner with Product Line Management and R&D teams to prepare newly developed products for launch and market introduction.
  • Track and evaluate marketing activities to understand what's working and where improvements can be made.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed as the main point of contact in support of the company's marketing communications efforts.
  • Collaborate with other marketing communication resources across the broader Amphenol organization to seek best practices and shared tools.

Requirements

  • Exposure to product marketing, trade shows, or customer-facing initiatives.
  • This role involves periodic travel to support key projects and collaboration. Travel is typically limited (around 10–15%) but may increase to approximately 25% depending on business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing communications experience in a B2B environment (manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused companies preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and move projects forward independently.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and supporting sales teams.
  • Comfortable learning new products and markets without needing to be the technical expert.
  • Exposure to product marketing, trade shows, or customer-facing initiatives.
