  • Collaborate with product, sales, and external partners to launch new solutions

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market campaigns for Systems / ARR solutions based on the positioning, personas, and messaging defined by Product Marketing — translating the “What” into the “How.”
  • Develop and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, events) tailored to the Systems / ARR buyer journey to create demand and support sales.
  • Own campaign tracking, measurement, and ROO reporting for Systems / ARR go-to-market programs — providing regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) reporting to marketing, sales, and product leadership on results and learnings.
  • Track pipeline-supporting metrics (e.g., MQLs, engagement, conversion) using Salesforce / Account Engagement and translating findings into campaign optimization recommendations — feeding field and market insights back to Product Marketing.
  • Participate in NPD gate meetings and coordinate with New Product Development, Product Marketing, and Sales to align campaign timing and content readiness with the Systems / ARR solution launch and rollout schedule.
  • Build sales enablement tools (playbooks, battlecards, ROI/conversion materials) and produce and maintain marketing content and campaign assets (web content, presentations, case studies) from the strategic framework and messaging defined by Product Marketing.
  • Monitor marketing channel and content performance trends to inform campaign tactics — partnering with Product Marketing on any positioning or competitive-differentiation implications.
  • Ensure G&W Electric’s brand guidelines are implemented, and key messages are made visible in all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate and manage projects with external vendors and agencies (for example design agencies, print houses, advertising outlets, PR agencies)

  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Has the ability to effectively manage projects, including establishing timeline, action items, budget needs and expected outcomes
  • Has the ability to influence without authority at multiple levels of management
  • Can demonstrate skills in written and oral communication with the ability to obtain information, critique, edit and communicate effectively. Good editorial and proof-reading skills regarding format and style.
  • Must be flexible in a fast paced and changing work setting while maintaining a positive attitude in a customer service environment.
  • Is self-motivated, self-starter; able to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Possesses good people skills and ability to establish strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Identifies issues and makes timely, tough, and objective decisions, also under pressure.
