Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, concise, and accurate communications related to RMA bulletins, regulatory updates, and industry changes
  • Interpret complex regulatory information and translate it into user-friendly content for affiliates and customers
  • Produce and distribute content across digital, print, website, and social media platforms to inform and engage stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information is current, accurate, compliant, and aligned with business priorities
  • Oversee social media presence, including content planning, posting, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency
  • Develop customer-facing communications that support understanding/compliance with crop insurance programs
  • Develop training videos and educational content for crop insurance products, including scripting, production coordination, and delivery
  • Support agent onboarding and setup processes, including creation and maintenance of agent profiles, agent resources, communication preferences, and required documentation
  • Create instructional materials that support product understanding, compliance, and field application for affiliates and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Marketing Communications experience in Crop Insurance
  • Working knowledge and understanding of innovative computer technologies applicable to marketing, communications, and event planning
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities often under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Business to Consumer Marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong computer and audio/visual skills, Experience in MailChimp, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus
