Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the coordination of marketing and communications projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and schedules for internal stakeholders and external vendors using the project management tool established by the organization.
  • Manage relationships with creative vendors, including designers, photographers, videographers, and printers.
  • Coordinate approvals, feedback, and final production of marketing materials in compliance with funding and branding requirements.
  • 2. Digital Media & Engagement: Execute digital marketing strategies to support brand awareness, enrollment, hiring, and fundraising goals.
  • Manage social media channels to grow follower base and engagement, ensuring all content aligns with program and compliance standards.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to evaluate digital engagement and improve campaign results.
  • Maintain and update the organization’s website, collaborating with internal teams and web partners.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of newsletters and email campaigns, ensuring clarity and compliance with grant communication expectations.
  • 3. Brand Stewardship: Enforce brand guidelines and ensure message consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or creative development, ideally in a nonprofit, education, or social impact setting.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns, producing content, and coordinating vendors or creative teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing and project tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Constant Contact, Trello, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and website management.
  • Strong eye for design and ability to guide creative direction.
  • Working knowledge of print and digital production processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with comfort giving and receiving feedback.
