Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of efforts to increase awareness of United Way’s mission, strengthen donor engagement, and elevate community visibility.
  • Serve as the organization’s primary storyteller and communications strategist, shaping how impact is shared with donors, partners, volunteers, and the broader community.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Create audience-specific content.
  • Write newsletters, annual reports, and press releases.
  • Maintain brand consistency.
  • Coordinate efforts across departments.
  • Support fundraising messaging.
  • Lead event logistics.
  • Analyze marketing performance to strengthen outreach and engagement.
