Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing communications strategy that supports company objectives and positions us as a leader in manufacturing systems integration.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring messaging reflects our expertise in automation, MES/MOM, IT-OT infrastructure, analytics, and managed services.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align messaging with target markets and buyer personas (financial, technical, and operational decision-makers).
  • Create engaging content (case studies, white papers, slide decks, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and website copy) that highlights customer success and thought leadership.
  • Develop collateral that supports lead generation, including e-books, checklists, toolkits, and webinars.
  • Manage digital campaigns and nurture sequences to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Manage relationships with industry publications, analysts, and associations to secure press coverage, speaking opportunities, and awards.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and partner events, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand presence.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution to expand reach and credibility.
  • Produce sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, presentations, and competitive messaging.
