Responsibilities

• Transforming technical solar and building science principles into engaging, educational content
• Sharing the energy and passion of our team on social media, in newsletters, and blogs
• Improve our social media presence to build a superfan base
• Capture video and photos that tell our story and support our mission to improve how the world makes and uses energy

Requirements

• - Proficient in Google workspace tools and creating content on Instagram, Facebook, & LinkedIn
• - Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and how to build a simple marketing strategy
• - Clear communicator with sharp editing skills
• - Practical experience using social platforms to grow an audience or drive engagement
• - You have a passion to learn and “seek solutions” when presented with challenges
• - You're a natural collaborator who takes feedback in stride and turns it into action
• - You thrive in a busy, high-energy team, but you've got the drive to own your work and run with it
• - You're curious about new marketing strategies and have a pulse on the latest digital trends
• - You're energized by using social media to connect communities and champion sustainability
• - You're an animal lover who may have a pair of Blundstones for hiking and onsite visits with our crews (Note: we are a dog friendly office!)

Preferred

• Photography, social video editing, or graphic design skills are a plus!
• Bonus points for Canva, Hootsuite, and Hubspot familiarity
