Job Summary

Own content creation and campaign support across social, website, and collateral while coordinating on-site photography and videography; support events, gifts, and asset management to keep the brand visible on projects.

  • Content & Campaign Ownership: Create, write, and distribute marketing content across social, website, newsletters, and collateral.
  • On-site Media & Digital Presence: Capture project photography and manage website and Google Business Profiles.
  • Assets & Events: Organize marketing assets and assist with events, awards, and promotional materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, communications, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with creating and writing content for social media, website updates, newsletters, internal communications, and marketing materials.
  • Capture and edit photography and videography throughout various construction stages, including on active job sites.
  • Help maintain the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media profiles, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Assist with creating marketing collateral such as construction signage, brochures, presentations, flyers, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with award submissions and proposal materials as needed.
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, career fairs, employee activities, and promotional efforts.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of client and employee gifts.
  • Help organize marketing assets, photo libraries, templates, branded materials, and project information.
  • Occasionally travel within Michigan for project photography, events, and company needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, graphic design, or content creation experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; working knowledge of Lightroom and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience with photography and videography; DSLR camera experience is preferred, and familiarity with DJI products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with others.
  • Creative, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed.

Preferred

  • Experience or interest in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Lightroom and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DJI products is a plus.
  • DSLR camera experience is preferred.
