Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing for CIDL member and supplier education programs in support of enrollment goals.
  • Plan, build, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, member portal, events, and other member-facing channels to promote CIDL courses and programs.
  • Develop compelling, member-focused messaging and copy that drives action, including registration campaigns, reminders, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Serve as a key marketing partner to the CIDL team, supporting program objectives, timelines, and target audiences into clear, effective promotional plans.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets, including graphics, banners, event materials, and video, while managing external partners (i.e. video/photographers) to ensure quality, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Manage and maintain a CIDL marketing calendar to ensure consistent, proactive, and well-timed promotion of education offerings throughout the year.
  • Monitor campaign performance and enrollment trends, sharing insights and recommendations to support ongoing optimization of messaging, timing, and channel selection to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between CIDL and Corporate Marketing, ensuring alignment with AD branding, standards, and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Manage CIDL website content, including course information, registration pages, imagery, and updates, while partnering with Corporate Marketing on branding, design, and site enhancements.
  • Collaborate with divisional marketing managers and member engagement associates by coordinating resources and guidance to support their promotion of CIDL programs.

  • Ability to understand and leverage data and analytics to uncover insights and communicate a story that compels action.
  • Ability to understand audience segmentation both divisionally and regionally (USA, Canada, Mexico) to deliver appropriate messaging

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related fields is preferred although experience may be a substitute for formal education
  • One to two years of marketing and communication experience preferred
  • Basic experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. HubSpot, Contant Contact) and graphic design preferred
  • Basic experience with video and photography editing software preferred (i.e. post webinar recording production)
