Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging marketing copy in OM Seating’s friendly yet professional brand voice across digital and print platforms
• Assist in developing messaging and marketing materials for product launches, line extensions, showroom initiatives, and sales campaigns
• Maintain and organize marketing databases, mailing lists, and audience segments for outreach and campaign initiatives
• Design graphics and visual assets for brochures, websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, trade shows, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and visual standards
• Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media and digital marketing content across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales and leadership team on a variety of marketing initiatives
• Apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to improve content visibility and engagement
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the industry
• Play a key role in seeing projects through the whole creative lifecycle—from inception to deployment to results measurement
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, and social scheduling tools preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field, including:
• - Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp experience preferred, but not required)
• - Content marketing, copywriting, and copy editing
• - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• - Social media marketing across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital channels
• Strong portfolio showcasing both writing and graphic design work

Preferred

• Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is a plus
