Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in city, county, and state government agencies; K–12 districts; higher education institutions; and nonprofit organizations
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and digital platforms to introduce and promote training opportunities
  • Research organizations and identify appropriate points of contact
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-up efforts, and client communications
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication
  • Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and outreach campaigns
  • Track engagement and assist in evaluating marketing effectiveness
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with prospective and current clients

Requirements

  • Effective open communication skills both with the internal team and external customers
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong time management skills, and the ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, and remain self-disciplined in a remote work environment
  • Work collaboratively with a team that is located across the United States
  • Reliable and consistent internet access

Preferred

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software
  • Experience researching across multiple platforms
  • A college degree or previous experience in a marketing role is desired but not required
