Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • - Support the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with firm, practice, and industry priorities.
  • - Assist in campaign planning, including timeline development, task tracking, asset coordination, and workflow management.
  • - Coordinate with Business Development, PR, Creative, Tech, and Events teams to ensure campaign components are aligned and delivered on schedule.
  • - Draft and prepare campaign content, including email copy, social media posts, website updates, landing pages, and collateral.
  • - Manage internal review and approval workflows to ensure messaging accuracy and brand consistency.
  • - Ensure campaign deliverables are consistent with firm voice, visual standards, and strategic objectives.
  • - Digital & Channel Support
  • - Support campaign deployment across digital channels, including website, email marketing platforms, and social media.
  • - Assist in building and updating campaign landing pages, event pages, and related digital assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign execution, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or B2B environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels both verbally and written.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., email marketing systems, CMS platforms such as Drupal, social scheduling tools).
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools; comfort working with performance data.
  • Strong organizational, administrative and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, matrixed environment.
