Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign Design & Execution
Partner closely with Microsoft PMs to understand campaign objectives, audience strategy, surfaces, and success metrics.
Translate PM requirements into end to end Iris campaign configurations, including Campaign setup, gather necessary approvals, Surface and placement selection, Targeting and segmentation strategy, Experimentation (where applicable), Experience and delivery safeguards.
Ensure campaigns are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with Iris platform best practices

Requirements

Campaign Creation; Stakeholder & Partner Management; Campaign Governance; Communication & Documentation Skills
Experience supporting campaigns, experimentation, or in product messaging platforms in a technical or program management capacity.
Strong understanding of end to end campaign lifecycles, including build, validation, approvals, and publishing.
Proven ability to work with Product Managers and translate high level ideas into precise, executable configurations.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality mindset.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with fixed deadlines.
Clear, professional communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
