  • Project ownership: manage 2 to 10 hour per week campaigns across multiple projects from intake to delivery.
  • Delivery rigor: ensure on time milestones, budget adherence, and high quality client outcomes.
  • Collaboration and risk: align Sales to Service Delivery, anticipate risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Campaign Manager is Responsible for the successful execution of client facing, revenue-generating professional service engagements involving the delivery of Deluxe Data solutions in various stages in their maturity spanning from pre-production-ready to fully deployed.
  • There are frequently requirements for the modification of these marketing solutions by extended members of the project team, and this individual is responsible for facilitating those activities in line with project execution for the client.
  • This role is accountable for ensuring the highest quality client delivery with emphasis on meeting project deadlines and goals, while staying within project budgets.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plan/timeline that sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities for the entire marketing campaign.
  • Monitors project progress; coordinates project resources and activities for all internal project team resources, vendors or third-party partners, and clients from initiation to completion.
  • Prepares and delivers project status reports for internal and external stakeholders and from operations to top level executives.
  • Manages projects varying in scope from 2-10 hours per week and managing multiple marketing campaign projects at any given time.
  • Reviews all executed sales order documents (e.g. SOW, Order Agreements, etc.) on assigned projects to understand project scope, deliverables, and resources required to effectively deliver the solution.
  • Participate in transition discussions from Sales to Service Delivery to verify understanding and clarify any outstanding questions accurately and efficiently from the start of the project.
  • Lead and contribute to organizational continuous improvement through documented initiatives and lessons learned from projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, project management or marketing
  • 2-3 years experience managing direct marketing projects
  • Direct Mail Marketing Experience managing programs for external clients
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Project Management Skills
  • Client Facing Communication skills - written and spoken a must
  • ability to work within Outlook and Teams to manage meeting engagements and communication or requirements and calendars
