Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Content
• - Develop campaigns to attract sellers, consignors, and qualified buyers.
• - Manage social media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• - Update website content, auction promotions, and equipment listings.
• - Photograph trucks, trailers, equipment, and auction activities.
• - Create and edit videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials.
• - Produce drone photography and video as needed.
• - Prepare email campaigns and auction announcements.
• - Track engagement, inquiries, and leads to improve results.
• - Maintain accurate information and consistent company branding.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant marketing, business development, or sales experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience creating content and managing business social media accounts.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design software and video editing tools.
• Photography and video production skills; drone experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to update websites and learn new software.
• Comfortable making prospecting calls and following up with potential customers.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and office teams.
• Willingness to travel for auctions, customer visits, and content creation.

Preferred

• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is helpful but not required.
• Drone experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in auctions, commercial trucks, heavy equipment, transportation, or dealerships is preferred.
