Job Summary

Own global M&BD for the T&L and A&M sectors, shaping strategy, events, and thought leadership while coordinating with sector heads and leadership to hit firm objectives.

  • Growth Strategy & Leadership: Align the global sector plan with the firm and drive marketing communications, client events, and external visibility across T&L and A&M.
  • Market Engagement: Build and manage sponsorships, associations, awards, and partnerships to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Content & Campaign Execution: Lead RFPs, pitches, client materials, seminars, webinars, and thought leadership input to move deals forward.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the M&BD lead expert for the global T&L team.
  • Collaborate with sector leadership, M&BD team, and others to design and execute a global strategy that aligns with firm objectives and strengthens market position in the T&L and A&M sectors.
  • Lead and support the development of the T&L and A&M sectors yearly business plans and ensure implementation that supports the global sector strategy.
  • Plan, create, and manage the implementation of marketing communications, including seminars and client events, CLE trainings, client facing materials, external conference attendance, and web and social media content
  • Lead on directory and award submissions for relevant rankings and publications
  • Support input coordination for sector specific thought leadership publications
  • Collaborate with the PR team to implement profile-raising strategies for the sector and individual partners
  • Conceptualize and support client seminars, webinars, and other marketing events, managing materials, supporting vendor selection, developing client communications, and handling day-of logistics and follow-up reporting
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and execute sponsorships, as well as negotiate agreements and manage participation in sponsorships, to ensure that the firm maximizes return on its investment
  • Foster relationships with industry associations, leveraging sponsorships to drive client engagement
