Job Summary

Own the global M&BD plan for the SM&E sector, steering strategy, events, sponsorships, and thought leadership with a focus on cross-border collaboration and measurable impact.

  • Own sector marketing strategy and plan execution across seminars, client events, and web content for global reach.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with PR, sector heads, and leadership to drive profile-raising and thought leadership.

Job Description

  • Growth & M&BD Leadership: Act as the global SM&E M&BD lead expert.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead yearly business plan development and ensure implementation aligned with firm goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage global team, provide guidance and development.
  • Marketing Communications & Events: Plan and manage client seminars, CLE trainings, materials, events, and social/web content.
  • Rankings & Publications: Lead directory and award submissions.
  • Thought Leadership Coordination: Input coordination for sector publications.
  • PR Collaboration: Work with PR to raise sector and partner profiles.
  • Events & Materials Management: Conceptualize client seminars/webinars, manage materials, vendor selection, communications, logistics, follow-up.
  • Sponsorships & ROI: Evaluate, coordinate, and negotiate sponsorships for ROI.
  • Industry Engagement: Foster relationships with associations to drive client engagement.
