Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential employer and career coaching clients across Miami using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social media — we’ll train you on the messaging approach.
• Log activity and contacts in our CRM system (training provided).
• Support scheduling of discovery calls and meetings between prospects and Keepro leadership.
• Attend at least one in-person networking event per week in the Miami area alongside your supervisor or independently.
• Attend networking events with the Founder from time to time as schedules align.
• Shadow client conversations and proposal delivery to learn the full sales cycle firsthand.
• Participate in weekly virtual check-in and strategy meetings with Kejal Shah, Founder of Keepro.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred — but not required).
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Miami for in-person networking events.
• Comfortable talking to people you don’t know, whether in person or online.
• Some prior exposure to sales, customer service, or outreach in any context — a campus job, club leadership role, or side hustle counts.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional tool.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own activity and outreach independently.

Preferred

• Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred — but not required.
