Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the year-round marketing that helps churches and 18-25 year olds discover CROSS.
  • Build and schedule email campaigns under their manager's guidance.
  • Support Meta advertising campaigns by organizing assets, checking links and details, monitoring delivery, and gathering results.
  • Help coordinate the CROSS Ambassador Program and communicate reliably with participants.
  • Coordinate promotional mailers and church marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, update timelines, track dependencies, and follow up on handoffs.
  • Maintain marketing databases and contact lists, learning how accurate segmentation supports better communication.
  • Gather campaign results and prepare clear, accurate reports for review.
  • Publish conference talks to podcast platforms.
  • Prepare and schedule approved content for YouTube, podcast, email, and social channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience. Internships, freelance work, substantial college projects, campus leadership, volunteer service, and similar experience all count.
  • Strong written communication and careful attention to detail.
  • Basic comfort with spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and common workplace software.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new platforms, production processes, and technical skills.
  • Evidence of dependable follow-through, thoughtful problem-solving, and the ability to organize multiple assignments.
  • A resume and, if available, a relevant portfolio or examples of college, internship, freelance, volunteer, or personal work.
