Job Summary

Own project coordination and communications support across multiple marketing and sales touchpoints, with a focus on timelines, budgets, digital platforms, events, and agency collaboration.

  • Project management and cross-functional status tracking to keep campaigns and materials on schedule.
  • Drafting and refining internal/external communications and corporate messaging for consistency.
  • Coordination of promotional materials, event programs, and agency partnerships to meet business-line needs and deadlines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Participates in a range of project management assignments to support the Manager
  • Develops and update timelines and status reports for all projects
  • Writes drafts of internal and external communications
  • Oversees the development, edits manuscripts and layouts for sales promotional materials within the specifications and timelines required for all business lines.
  • Develops strategies to optimize digital communications and platforms, including analytics
  • Supports national tradeshow and event programs
  • Works with outside agencies for communication material and services.
  • Assists in strategic development, production positioning and corporate messaging.
  • Prepares basic creative promotional material for selected programs.
  • Administers the processing of invoices and maintain budget updates
  • Manages specific projects, as needed
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, communications and marketing,
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, management/measurement tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and personalize customer experiences
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Requires independent initiatives
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority, leadership exposure and rigorous deadlines
  • Results driven, with a proactive approach to problem solving and innovation.
  • Knowledge of field staff sales operations and an understanding of the healthcare and medical device landscape is highly desirable
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
