Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and customer-facing initiatives across relevant channels.
  • Partner with Creative and cross-functional stakeholders to develop briefs, messaging, assets, timelines, and launch plans.
  • Monitor campaign and business performance, identify trends, and communicate insights and recommendations to internal partners.
  • Use data to evaluate customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, competitive activity, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, reporting materials, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate deliverables across multiple teams and ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with business objectives.
  • Conduct research on customers, competitors, categories, products, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Support testing and optimization efforts, including creative, messaging, offers, content, and channel execution.
  • Prepare clear, concise updates and presentations for stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and take on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A strong interest in emerging technology and the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini) into daily tasks to drive efficiencies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
