Responsibilities
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in their work to benefit their customers/end users.
- Design and implement marketing strategies across wide variety of mediums.
- Analyze marketing challenges and opportunities, resolving with creative, market driving solutions.
- Aid in the expansion and growth of customer base through marketing opportunities.
- Support Farm Bureau member benefits and marketing strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day production of in-house publications/promotional marketing.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management required
- Demonstrated written communication skills
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Electronic design and publishing
- 3 years minimum experience in a professional marketing environment
