Job Summary

Support integrated lifecycle marketing for FC Cincinnati fans across email, SMS, mobile app, and events as a Marketing Associate.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and deploy marketing communications across email, SMS, mobile app, and web channels.
  • Support the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and matchday attendance.
  • Assist with audience segmentation and CRM list management to deliver personalized fan messaging.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Conduct quality assurance on campaign assets, links, and personalization fields prior to deployment.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, ticketing, and digital teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics
  • Support lifecycle journeys such as fan onboarding, purchase follow-up, and re-engagement while maintaining marketing automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships included)
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), lead generation and nurturing, marketing automation, email marketing, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through and quality control
  • Ability to collaborate across teams including creative, ticketing, partnerships, and communications
  • Ability to work nights and weekends at events and matches
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools a plus
  • Passion for sports, soccer, and the FC Cincinnati brand
