Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing and administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly
• Assist with preparing and organizing reports related to marketing and sales performance
• Monitor and maintain lead information, campaign timelines, and performance analytics
• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events and marketing activities
• Contribute to content creation efforts, including social media, marketing materials, email campaigns, and promotional advertising
• Communicate with and provide marketing support to our network of independent agents, helping ensure they have the tools and information they need
• Collaborate closely with the internal Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives and agent needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

Preferred

• Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel and Jira
• Experience with Google Ads and analytics
• Experience with Canva and Capcut
• Experience with Meta Business Suite
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact and Mailchimp
