Responsibilities

• Produce marketing assets across digital and print channels (social media, email, website, in-clinic collateral) using established brand templates and guidelines
• Manage day-to-day design and production projects, coordinating timelines and revisions with internal stakeholders and outside vendors
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to prioritize and manage a shared list of marketing asset requests
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, including social content calendars, email/CRM campaigns, and paid or organic promotions
• Assist with copywriting and content creation for member-facing communications, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines
• Coordinate with the Austin clinic team to support local marketing efforts and member acquisition initiatives
• Maintain and organize the marketing asset library, templates, and brand resources
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (engagement, campaign reach, asset turnaround)
• Support market research and competitive scans as needed
• Help coordinate outside vendors and freelancers (photography, video, design) on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a related consumer industry preferred but not required
• Prior brand or creative production experience preferred
• Proficiency with design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiarity with CMS or social media management platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using AI tools
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and clinic teams
• Detail-oriented with a high bar for brand consistency and quality.
