Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer-focused marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Contribute to marketing and broader strategic planning .
• Engage with customers and internal teams to capture the Voice of the Customer and understand customer pain points.
• Translate customer and market insights into marketing opportunities, value propositions, messaging, and campaigns.
• Work closely with customer-facing staff to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and creative partners to develop engaging campaign assets and customer communications.
• Bring creative ideas and fresh thinking to marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future activities.
• Build knowledge of our customers, chromatography products, applications and market.
• Assist with event planning and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Marketing preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, customer-centric mindset.
• Creativity and confidence to share ideas and contribute to discussions.
• Positive, collaborative, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn technical products and understand customer applications.
• Experience using CRM platforms for campaign management.
• Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills, including the ability to make minor artwork and design adjustments when required.

Preferred

• Sales, business development, or other customer-facing experience.
• Experience in scientific, analytical, laboratory, life sciences, or chromatography markets is beneficial but not essential.
