Responsibilities

• Marketing & Brand Promotion
• - Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Team LA Store, LakersStore.com, and Rank + Rally merchandise initiatives.
• - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
• - Develop creative concepts and content for social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, and retail activations.
• - Assist in the creation of marketing presentations, campaign recaps, and performance reports.
• - Coordinate media outreach, promotional opportunities, and grassroots marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness.
• - Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-promotional opportunities and maximize audience reach.
• - Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, both digital and physical.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing
• - Monitor and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging channels.
