Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain company website using WordPress; continuously improve copy and design based on industry trends
• Write and publish engaging blog posts and case studies for company website
• Design graphics to be used for social media, website, Google Ads, email campaigns, etc.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze website traffic and success of marketing efforts through use of Google Analytics
• Plan, manage, and execute social media initiatives and deliver engaging content regularly across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Assist in managing Google Ads (PPC) advertising campaigns
• Serve as the first point of contact for new leads that come in through our website; schedule initial sales calls
• Prepare sales materials including proposals, support agreements, and task orders
• Maintain CRM data using HubSpot, ensuring prospects are properly tracked and nurtured

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• An undergraduate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
• Strong desire to expand marketing skills and knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
• Some experience with sales preferred
• Expert knowledge in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of WordPress a plus
