Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Coordination: Coordinates marketing campaigns across retail, food, and service operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily and special programs
  • Communication/Marketing Schedule and Material Management: Develops and manages marketing schedules and materials, including preparing, prioritizing, and coordinating all data, graphics, and files for release.
  • Content Development and Compliance: Assists with the creation and review of marketing content, ensuring compliance with branding and regulatory standards for print and digital campaigns.
  • Marketing Material Proof/Review and Formatting: Reviews and formats marketing materials, including flyers, signage, and promotional assets, in editable Microsoft formats for retail use.
  • Production Oversight and Process Improvement: Approves and oversees the production of printed marketing materials, identifying opportunities to improve design quality, cost efficiency, and distribution processes.
  • Warehouse and Budgetary Management: Receive and record invoices, provide reporting to finance.
  • Marketing Research: Research competition, resources, trends, and business segments as assigned.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Coordinate digital marketing assets to support the digital marketing manager.

Requirements

  • One year of specialized administrative experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of an Administrative Support Assistant effectively.
  • Understanding of advertising and marketing principles, practices, and strategies used to support organizational branding and promotional efforts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and SharePoint; experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Creative thinking to support brand and marketing tactics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief, present, train staff, and respond professionally to customer feedback.
  • Education: Minimum 2-year associate degree in marketing or a similar field.

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field
  • Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience is a plus
