Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Assistant will provide organization and communication for all community contacts, parents, and staff through the creation of newsletters and social media posts.
  • This position will provide both verbal and written communication to constituents and use social networking.
  • Tracking of Social media and reviewing and sharing social media analytics.
  • Assist with upkeep of the list serve and sending out project announcements and newsletters.
  • This includes designing announcements for IG and BlueSky, as well as flyers for dissemination.

Requirements

  • MUST have a Work-Study Award.
  • An Off-Campus Work-Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award.
  • 10-15 hours/week.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Kows how to use Google Workspace.
  • Web savvy.

Preferred

  • Ability to work independently and on weekends is a plus.
