Job Summary

Build and run local in-person events while coordinating partner sponsorships, and keep social channels and inventory in sync to support dental offices and community outreach.

Event planning and on-site execution: assist setup, management, and advance planning for in-person events.
Local partnerships and sponsorships: communicate with businesses and schools to explore opportunities and secure support.
Social engagement and logistics: gather and post to office social channels while managing gifts and inventory for events.

Job Description

Assist in the setup, management, and planning of in-person marketing events
Gather, organize, and post to the office social media channels
Graphic design skills are a plus
Communicating with local businesses and schools regarding their sponsorship opportunities in a professional and timely manner
Delivering gifts to referring dental offices
Keeping track of item inventory and planning in advance for events

None required, we will train the right person as long as they have a caring, positive, enthusiastic work ethic and personality.
