Job Summary

Own the outreach process from prospecting to appointment setting, driving outbound calls, follow-ups, and data management while collaborating with marketing and the Sales Team.

Manage high-volume outreach with a friendly, professional demeanor;
Maintain accurate notes and timely follow-ups;
Support marketing campaigns and administrative projects as needed.

Send follow-up emails and marketing communications.
Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Team.
Maintain accurate notes and update customer information.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner.
Build rapport quickly and professionally.
Help support marketing campaigns and other administrative projects as needed.
