Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Support the development of marketing materials including email campaigns, newsletters, rack cards, and event collateral
• Assist with logistics and coordination for conferences, trade shows, and clinician engagement events
• Conduct market research to support recruiting campaigns and business development initiatives
• Monitor and compile social media performance metrics and engagement reports
• Manage employee mailouts and other external touchpoints with prospective employees
• Maintain inventory merchandise and other branding-related materials
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries, branded inventory, and content calendars
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
• Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Mailchimp is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-moving environment
