Job Summary

Own representing brands in B2C and B2B campaigns, engaging customers through conversations, and driving registrations and sign-ups while building relationships and recording activity.

Responsibilities

  • Representing clients professionally across B2C retail campaigns, live events, and community promotions.
  • Supporting B2B marketing campaigns by introducing products and services to local businesses through face-to-face meetings.
  • Creating positive first impressions and engaging potential customers through natural conversation.
  • Promoting products, services, offers, and brand messaging with confidence and professionalism.
  • Understanding customer or business needs before recommending suitable solutions.
  • Assisting customers through registrations, purchases, or service sign-ups where applicable.
  • Building long-term relationships that strengthen customer loyalty and brand awareness.
  • Recording campaign activity and customer interactions accurately.
  • Working closely with colleagues and campaign leaders to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Attending ongoing product knowledge sessions, sales workshops, and marketing development training.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Confidence speaking with both members of the public and business owners.
  • A customer-focused approach and genuine interest in helping people.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Preferred

  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or promotional experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
