Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Representing client brands at pop-up events, shopping malls and promotional locations.
• Engaging with customers face-to-face, introducing products and services and answering questions.
• Supporting sales and customer acquisition by identifying interest and helping customers through the purchasing or sign-up process.
• Learning how promotional marketing campaigns generate new business and build customer relationships.
• Working alongside the team to achieve campaign targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Developing practical skills in communication, sales, marketing and business development.
