Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assisting with social media content, scheduling, and engagement
• Supporting website updates and digital communications
• Helping create marketing materials, customer communications, and public relations content
• Coordinating community sponsorships, volunteer initiatives, and events
• Assisting with photography and video projects
• Tracking marketing performance and compiling reports
• Organizing projects, calendars, deadlines, and marketing resources
• Supporting customer onboarding and email marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with vendors, community partners, and internal teams
• Maintaining marketing records and compliance documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years of relevant experience preferred but not required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

• Additional education or training in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferred but not required.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
